Peter M. Dolinger is a Philadelphia attorney experienced in commercial litigation, intellectual property, real estate, environmental and toxics, government regulation, contracts including insurance coverage, personal injury, casualty, and other legal matters. Mr. Dolinger represents clients before all State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Dolinger has worked with the law firms of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia and Sullivan & Worcester in Boston, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration; the California Department of Food and Agriculture, the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality and the MIT Center for Technology, Policy, and Industrial Development.

Mr. Dolinger serves Of Counsel to Flaster Greenberg, P.C. Mr. Dolinger is past Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey. Mr. Dolinger is a Judge Pro Tem in the Major Jury Program, and also serves as a Certified Arbitrator, of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and is a member of the Investigative Division of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

In 2010, Mr. Dolinger received the First Judicial District Pro Bono Service Award.

Mr. Dolinger practices in a wide range of legal areas. Recent completed matters include:

  • Successful defense (zero recovery) of federal Lanham Act unfair competition and false advertising claims;

  • Successful defense (zero recovery) of breach of implied and express warranty claims;

  • Litigation of internet defamation and invasion of privacy, and computer fraud and abuse claims;

  • Commerical litigation involving partnership and close corporation agreements, real estate transfers and leasing, business operations, and tax liabilities;

  • Prosecution of an internet services trademark and willful and deliberate software copyright infringement;

  • Settlement of a $20 million Superfund case among major industrial corporations;

  • Successful defense (zero recovery) of $5 million fire casualty suit involving unsettled areas of subrogation law;

  • Personal counsel for insured physicians and other professionals facing excess liabilities leading to settlements within limits;

  • Prosecution of defamation including inference of dishonest activity published by national trade journal; and

  • Defense of licensed professionals before government agencies and administrative and professional boards.
Mr. Dolinger regularly serves as personal counsel to insureds, and represents insureds in declaratory judgment actions. Mr. Dolinger serves as Philadelphia local counsel to other firms. Mr. Dolinger practices solo, and in concert with other attorneys and professionals as matters demand, in order to deliver quality service while protecting client resources to the greatest possible extent.
