Peter M. Dolinger is a graduate of the Harvard Law School, Stanford University, and Williams College. Additionally, he holds the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple Law School. Mr. Dolinger is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Dolinger has worked at the law firms of Sullivan & Worcester in Boston and Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia, and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ; the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration; the California Department of Food and Agriculture, the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality and the Center for Technology, Policy, and Industrial Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dolinger serves as Counsel to Flaster Greenberg, P.C. Mr. Dolinger is past Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey. Mr. Dolinger serves as a Certified Arbitrator of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and is a member of the Environmental Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
