Peter M. Dolinger is a Philadelphia attorney experienced in commercial litigation, intellectual property, real estate, environmental and toxics, government regulation, insurance coverage, personal injury, casualty, and other legal matters. Mr. Dolinger represents clients before all State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Dolinger is a graduate of the Harvard Law School, Stanford University, and Williams College. Additionally, he holds the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple Law School. Mr. Dolinger is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Dolinger has worked at the law firms of Sullivan & Worcester in Boston and Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia, and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration; the California Department of Food and Agriculture, the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality and the Center for Technology, Policy, and Industrial Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dolinger serves Of Counsel to Flaster Greenberg, P.C. Mr. Dolinger is past Chairman of the Environmental Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey. Mr. Dolinger serves as a Certified Arbitrator of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and is a member of the Investigative Division of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

In 2010, Mr. Dolinger received the First Judicial District Pro Bono Service Award.

Mr. Dolinger practices in a wide range of legal areas. Recent completed matters include:

• Commerical litigation re partnership and close corporation agreements, real estate transfers and leasing, business operations, and tax liabilities;

• Prosecution of an internet services trademark and willful and deliberate software copyright infringement;

• Settlement of a $20 million Superfund case among major industrial corporations;

• Successful defense of $5 million fire casualty suit involving unsettled areas of subrogation law;

• Personal counsel for insured professionals facing excess liabilities leading to settlements within limits;

• Prosecution and defense of defamation and privacy matters including inference of dishonest activity published by national trade journal; and

• Defense of regulated parties before government agencies and administrative and professional boards.

Mr. Dolinger regularly serves as personal counsel to insureds, and represents insureds in declaratory judgment actions. Mr. Dolinger serves as Philadelphia local counsel to other firms. Mr. Dolinger practices solo, and in concert with other attorneys and professionals as matters demand, in order to deliver quality service while protecting client resources to the greatest possible extent.
